    "body": "<p><strong>BUDAPEST, September 30, 2024&mdash;Graphisoft, the leading Building Information Modeling (BIM) software solution developer for architecture and multidisciplinary design, today announced that, as it progresses with its strategic shift to a sustainable subscription software delivery model, updated conversion terms will be available to its Software Service Agreement (SSA) / Forward (FWD) customers starting in 2025, with SSA/FWD contracts serviced through the end of 2026.</strong></p><p>As&nbsp;<a href=\"https://graphisoft.prezly.com/graphisoft-announces-shift-to-future-proof-subscription-model\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">announced earlier this year</a>, Archicad perpetual and SSA/FWD licenses will be available for purchase by new customers through December 31, 2024. Existing customers holding Archicad perpetual license(s) can purchase additional Archicad perpetual and SSA/FWD licenses and upgrade earlier versions of Archicad through December 31, 2025. Users can renew SSA/Forward contracts through the end of 2025, and Graphisoft will continue to service active SSA/Forward contracts through the end of 2026.</p><p>Starting in 2026, Archicad will be available for purchase only through subscription. Archicad SSA/FWD customers can convert to Archicad Collaborate subscriptions at the same price as SSA/FWD in 2024. Starting in 2025, SSA/FWD customers can convert to&nbsp;<a href=\"https://graphisoft.com/convert-ssa-forward-to-archicad-collaborate?utm_campaign=ACollaborate%20%20-%20ConversionProgram&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_source=PressRelease\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Archicad Studio</a>&nbsp;subscriptions at the same price as SSA/FWD. This offer was designed to help SSA/FWD customers take full advantage of Graphisoft&rsquo;s subscription offerings at a very preferential starting price.
